Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of luxure.io (the “Site”), operated by the brand Luxure under eBizNet International Realty, LLC, a real estate brokerage licensed in the State of Florida (“Luxure,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Site in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Brokerage identification

The Site is operated by the brand Luxure under eBizNet International Realty, LLC, a real estate brokerage licensed in the State of Florida. All real estate brokerage services are provided by and under the supervision of our licensed Florida real estate broker.

3. No professional advice; agency disclosure

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. No real estate brokerage, agency, or fiduciary relationship is created merely by your use of the Site. A brokerage relationship is established only by a separate written agreement executed in accordance with Chapter 475, Florida Statutes. Until such time, Luxure and its broker are dealing with you as provided under Florida’s brokerage relationship disclosure requirements.

4. MLS and IDX listing data

Property listing information on the Site is provided through Internet Data Exchange (IDX) and related data feeds supplied by the multiple listing services below. Such information is provided for consumers’ personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than to identify prospective properties consumers may be interested in purchasing. All listing information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by the MLS, the brokerage, the IDX provider, or the Site, and should be independently verified.

Listings not held by eBizNet International Realty, LLC are identified with the name of the listing brokerage (“This listing is courtesy of [name of real estate firm].”). IDX data services are provided by IDX, LLC; technology services by Elm Street Technology, LLC. Where applicable: “Copyright Southeast Florida Multiple Listing Service © 2026. All rights reserved.”

5. Permitted use

You may use the Site solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes to research properties and to contact us regarding real estate services. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Scraping, harvesting, framing, mirroring, or systematically collecting listing or other data from the Site.
• Using the Site or its data for any commercial purpose, including compiling databases or competing services.
• Interfering with the Site’s operation, security, or other users’ use.
• Uploading malicious code or attempting unauthorized access to any system.
• Misrepresenting your identity or violating any applicable law, MLS rule, or third-party right.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the Luxure brand, design, and software — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. Listing content remains the property of the respective MLS and contributing brokers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without authorization.

8. User submissions

Information you submit through forms or other Site features must be accurate and lawful. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it to respond to your inquiry and provide services. We treat submissions in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-party services and links

The Site may integrate or link to third-party services (including IDX/MLS providers, analytics, advertising, and an AI voice assistant). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that listing information is accurate, complete, or current.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUXURE, eBizNet INTERNATIONAL REALTY, LLC, ITS BROKER, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY LISTING INFORMATION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luxure, eBizNet International Realty, LLC, and its broker, officers, agents, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Revisions take effect when posted, as shown by the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
