Luxure is a brand operated under eBizNet International Realty, LLC, a Florida licensed real estate brokerage. We are committed to handling your personal information in accordance with the Florida Information Protection Act of 2014 (FIPA, §501.171, Fla. Stat.) and other applicable laws.

1. Who we are

The Site is owned and operated by the brand Luxure under eBizNet International Realty, LLC, a real estate brokerage licensed in the State of Florida. All real estate brokerage services offered through this Site are provided by and under the supervision of our licensed Florida real estate broker.

Information you provide

5. MLS and IDX listing data

Property listings displayed on the Site are provided through Internet Data Exchange (IDX) and related data feeds supplied by the multiple listing services below. This information is provided for your personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than to identify prospective properties you may be interested in purchasing. Listing data is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by the MLS, the brokerage, or the Site.

6. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

• MLS organizations, cooperating brokers, and real estate professionals as necessary to facilitate a transaction.
• Professional advisers, regulators, and authorities where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

7. Cookies and tracking technologies

Luxure markets properties to clients located outside the United States.
